Role Overview: We're seeking a creative Graphic Designer to develop visual content across our event production and marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Who you are
Requirements:
- 3-6 years experience in graphic design, preferably with event/experiential focus
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design conceptual abilities as well as versatility across print and digital mediums
- (Preferred but not required) Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- A passion for creativity and a relentless drive to push the boundaries of what’s possible
Additional Skills (preferred but not required):
- Experience with environmental/experiential design
- Understanding of event production processes
- Project management abilities
- Motion graphics capabilities
Key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Adopt, develop, and maintain several client brands simultaneously
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to execute event design concepts while maintaining client brand consistency across all deliverables
- Create marketing assets for digital/print advertising, marketing materials, and sales collateral
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Art Director to develop and refine experiential activation ideas
- Maintain client brand standards across all print and digital collateral
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude
- Manage workload and deliver within tight timelines
