Warehouse – Aisle Lead

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Events require a lot of equipment such as speakers, consoles, cameras, lights, LED walls, rigging, power, and more. As the Warehouse Lead - Lighting, you will take ownership of our Lighting, Rigging, and Power inventory, including moving lights, grandMA consoles, motors, truss, and power distros.
Working closely with the lighting team and warehouse managers, you will pull orders, load and unload trucks, maintain and quality-control inventory, provide event support, and help ensure we execute flawless events for our clients.

- You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- You can perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- You are highly organized and able to multitask, adapt, prioritize, and follow detailed lists and instructions.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You look for ways to create efficiencies in your environment.
- You have basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- You maintain a professional demeanor and interact well with colleagues.
- You are able to be on your feet for most of the day.
- You are able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- You have a flexible schedule and are available for extended hours as needed.
- You have a clean driving record.
- Forklift and scissor lift certification is a plus; training may be provided.
- Experience driving trucks up to 26 feet is a plus.
Key responsibilities
- Pull, prep, and stage equipment and accessories to meet scheduled shipping deadlines.
- Manage incoming and outgoing gear.
- Perform quality control on equipment returning from events, including identifying potential damage or missing items.
- Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and efficient.
- Take ownership of warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
- Support the lighting team, warehouse managers, and broader production needs as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned or outlined at a later time.
