WHAT YOU’LL DO
WEBB Integration is one arm of Webb Production, which is a large-scale event production agency delivering virtual, live, and hybrid events throughout the United States and occasionally internationally. Together, with our clients, we conceptualize, design, produce, build, staff, operate and manage all aspects of an event.
QUALIFICATIONS
Who you are
You will be supporting the larger Integrations team by managing our inventory, performing quality control of incoming and outgoing equipment, and making sure all necessary tools and equipment are ready for the Integration team members who are performing installations. This is a full-time position with occasional overtime. Most work is performed Monday through Friday from 8-5 with the potential for some evening and weekend work.
You are a proactive team player that has a strong interest in the AV world. You enjoy being busy and finding efficiencies in your environment. You’re able to be on your feet for most of the day, you’ve got a clean driving record, and can lift 50+ pounds regularly.
While some general AV experience may be helpful and applicable, we are primarily looking for those that are familiar with warehouse and inventory management. This position will eventually provide someone with experience in AV installation, if they are interested.
Key responsibilities
- Pull and stage equipment from warehouse for outgoing shipments
- Inventory management with incoming and outgoing equipment
- Quality checks (potential damage or missing items) on equipment coming back from events.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and provide attention to the little things
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Any other duties that might be required or outlined at a later time
- Fork Lift & Scissor Lift Certified strongly recommended
- Experience driving trucks up to 24’ a plus
- Basic computer skills - Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Attention to detail with an ability to follow instructions and work off of lists
