OPTAVIA Convention 2021 was the largest hybrid event that we’ve produced to date. In partnership with the incredible OPTAVIA team, we designed and produced an event that felt like a homecoming. After a year of exclusively virtual events, OPTAVIA Convention in Atlanta, Georgia at the Georgia World Congress Center was an incredible highlight and kickoff to the return of live events. The theme of OPTAVIA’s hybrid event was focused on coming together as a Community. To connect wherever we are, to be inspired, awaken possibilities, and celebrate achievements. Our goal was to create an environment (both virtually and in-person) designed to celebrate the OPTAVIA Community. For the live portion of this event we designed and produced the general session, event registration and branding, spotlight, and multiple parties. For the virtual portion of this event we hosted, streamed and designed the virtual event platform. The in-person Spotlight experience was one-of-a-kind. Each area was customized to highlight the OPTAVIA Community, while providing ample opportunities for photo ops, engagement, and education.
